4 Stunning Concept Tablet Designs Worth Having a Look At
Just a few thousand bucks and you can find the most stunning Tablet packed with a whole lot of goodness. Seems unbelievable, but it’s true. All thanks to the tablet prices in India that have dropped over the last couple of months. While the ones available seem to be flaunting the most fabulous looks, the designers around the globe are busy putting in their creativity into creating designs that are out of the world. Listed below are a few.
Samsung Flexible Roll Tablet
You probably have never seen anything like this before. Can you image a tablet with a display that rolls up? Isn’t that more than just cool? Designed by Sungmin Lee, the Samsung Flexible Roll rightly fits within a cylindrical body when the display is rolled up. The concept includes 2 USB ports, touch keyboard and speakers.
The concept can run the latest Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 8 and will feature a 10 or a 12 inch display.
Google Nexus 8 Tablet
When a new product is about to launch, and the leaks seem to be too confusing, the designers take the onus of coming up with a cool design, thereby informing the fans of what they can expect. The Google Nexus 8 turns out to be a good example.
Designed keeping in mind the latest Android L operating system, the Nexus 8 Concept could feature an 8 inch display with an impressive resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The device packs in 64-bit processor along with a 3 GB RAM. Moreover, one can also expect an 8MP camera with Ultrapixel technology.
Samsung Blend Tablet
Moving back to Samsung, we have the Blend Tablet concept rendered by Robrecht Vanhauwere. In terms of design, you get to see something that is completely out of the world. The design has been greatly inspired by the Apple Watch. It features a flexible display that can turn up to an angle of 50 degrees.
The tablet can be bent for horizontal use, which makes typing a lot easier. Once done typing, and planning to watch a video, unfold the lower section to be able to view the content on the screen.
HTC Babel Tablet
Heard about a dual-boot tablet? Here is a cool HTC concept that can run both Mcirosoft Windows 8 and Android. At 10-inch, the display seems to be massive, good enough to let you enjoy a movie while you are on the go. The display offers a resolution of 1920 x 1440 pixels and 2560 x 1920 pixels.
Though not much information is available about the concept, it is most likely that you can switch between the two resolutions when you hop on to Windows from Android or vice versa. The design is largely based on the most popular flagship phone by HTC called the HTC One.
For now, these are the ones we have shortlisted. However, designers are constantly working towards giving fans a glimpse of their latest creations. And who knows? One of the designs listed above might soon turn into a reality.
