The Intex Aqua Power 4G flaunts a 5-inch IPS LCD display of HD (720 x 1,280 pixels) resolution and a pixel density of 294ppi. It supports up to two finger touch at a time. It has a waistline of 8.9mm and weighs 160 grams. It is available in Champ Gold and Deep Blue colour variants.

It is powered by a 64-bit mediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocking a maximum speed of 1GHz. It is assisted by 1GB of RAM and backed by a Mali-T720 MP2 GPU which is quite low. It runs on Android v6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system.

An 8MP rear camera along with dual LED flash gesture control, sits on its rear and takes decent photographs. A 2MP front snapper backed by an anti-shake feature can be found in the front for taking selfies and making video calls. Basic storage needs of the consumer is taken care of by the 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card as per the user’s requirement.

Housing a large li-ion battery of 3,800mAh, the phone provides long lasting performance. The battery claims to deliver a talktime of up to 18 Hours(2G) and a standby time of up to 200 Hours(2G). This dual SIM handset offers web browsing at 4G LTE over SIM 1 and also supports voice calling over LTE (VoLTE). It also supports turbo download which allows users to download huge files quickly on a 4G network .Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, mobile hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, microUSB 2.0, etc.

The Intex Aqua Power 4G is quite a chunky piece which makes it very sturdy. Since the configuration is on the lower side, it cannot handle very powerful tasks like its competitors in this range. But the humongous battery backup makes it an apt choice for those who do not like their phones to be glued to a charger every now and then.
